Anxiety about finances can lead to poorer mental, physical and social wellbeing, which can affect attendance and performance at work. Knowing where to go for help and guidance means having better control over money, leading people to feel more confident and empowered
This session will be jointly delivered by Public Health NHS Tayside and the Money & Pensions Service (Scotland) and gives an overview of support available, highlights the benefits of having a workplace financial wellbeing policy and offers practical solutions to a range of money worries

Places are limited to 12 per session and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so book early to guarantee your space! It may be necessary to restrict businesses to 2 participants per session and bookings will be taken until one week before each session date. Please book onto one session only.
